Dr. Raja’s clinical home
Dr. Raja practices within MedEye Associates, an independently owned South Florida ophthalmology group. Six offices, seven physicians, and its own purpose-built surgical center behind every procedure.

The surgeon
Dr. Harish Raja is one of South Florida’s few dual-fellowship refractive surgeons. He performs every consult, every surgery, and every follow-up himself. No handoffs to a rotating cast.
01 — The clinical home
MedEye Associates has grown from a single Miami office in 1975 to six locations across South Florida. It is independently owned: not private equity, not a hospital system. The decisions about your care are made by the doctor treating you, not a corporate owner.
02 — The Center for Eye Surgery
Where you have surgery matters as much as who performs it. Dr. Raja operates at the Center for Eye Surgery, a facility built specifically for ophthalmic procedures, not a leased hospital block booked by the hour between unrelated cases.
That means equipment calibrated and maintained for eye surgery alone, a team that does nothing but ophthalmic cases, and an environment engineered around the millimeter-precise work of refractive and cataract surgery. It is the difference between a kitchen built for one chef and a banquet hall rented out by the night.

03 — What MedEye stands for
The most advanced, appropriate technology for every patient, not the cheapest platform a corporate owner negotiated.
Procedures and protocols chosen to put safety and long-term results first, every single time.
Personalized service at every step, from the same surgeon and team who know your eyes, start to finish.
04 — Beyond refractive
If your eyes ever need a sub-specialist outside refractive surgery, the right doctor is already on the team. No scrambling for a referral across town.
Laser cataract surgery and premium IOL options.
Macular degeneration, retinal tears, and diabetic eye care.
Diagnosis and treatment across the full glaucoma spectrum.
Keratoconus, corneal transplant, and post-LASIK complications.
Diagnosis and structured, ongoing dry-eye treatment plans.
Eye exams, contacts, and glasses for the whole family.
05 — Six offices across South Florida
Refractive consultations with Dr. Raja happen at the South Miami flagship. The other five MedEye offices handle general ophthalmology, sub-specialty care, and routine visits closer to home.

06 — The team
Dr. Raja focuses exclusively on refractive surgery: LASIK, EVO ICL, RLE, and premium cataract. His MedEye colleagues handle the sub-specialties when your eyes need something outside that scope, so your care never leaves the family.

In patients’ words
Fridays · South Miami
Most patients walk in unsure which procedure fits. They walk out with a clear answer from the surgeon who’d perform it. No upsell. If you’re not a candidate, you’ll hear it directly.
Free surgical evaluation
Choose a time that works for you. Fridays are with Dr. Raja directly; any other day, our trusted optometric team gets your evaluation started sooner — and Dr. Raja examines you himself before any decision, then performs your surgery personally.
